Hours of work: Full-time (36.25 hours per week, Monday-Friday) - Part-time considered (minimum 3 days per week).
Salary: £24,000+ DOE

Our client is looking for a Receptionist / Secretary to join their Bideford office on a permanent basis. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, is highly organised, and loves interacting with people.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Welcoming clients and visitors, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
- Answering calls professionally, directing them effectively, and taking accurate messages.
- Managing meeting room bookings and client hospitality.
- Handling incoming and outgoing post, deliveries, and general office administration.
- Providing secretarial support, including audio and copy typing, scanning, and document management.
- Assisting with ad hoc administrative tasks to support Partners and Managers.
What They're Looking For:
- Recent experience in a similar reception, administration, or customer-facing role.
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A friendly, professional, and confident communicator-both face-to-face and over the phone.
- Organised, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Someone who takes initiative, is team-oriented, and prides themselves on excellent service.
- Fast and accurate typing skills would be beneficial.
