Wrexham Looked After Children’s Team are currently recruiting experienced Qualified Social Workers to join a busy team at Wrexham. To work in this role, you must have Social Care Wales registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and have post-qualified experience.

Primary Responsibilities as a LAC Social Worker:
* Working with Children and Families to achieve the desired outcome
* Discharging care orders
* Attending and participating in Strategy meetings
* Conducting Looked After Children Reviews
* Completing Care Plans
* Child Permanence Reports (CPR)
* Completing Pathway Plans
* Completing Children and Family Assessments
* Multi-agency working with partner agencies
