Position: Senior Clerical Assistant
Working within commercial waste and parking administration, this is a permanent full-time position based in Lochgilphead with home hybrid working available. The candidate must be able to attend the office on a Wednesday. The role consists of 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexi time at the manager's discretion.

About the role
In this role, you will work within the Commercial Waste admin back office, primarily supporting the Parking and Permit services team. The job is varied and busy, but you will be working within a small friendly team, and full training and support will be provided throughout your time with us. We offer a hybrid working environment where you will be required to be in the office at least one day per week (minimum a Wednesday), with the option to work from home on other days. Some colleagues choose to work in the office full-time, which is also an option for the successful candidate should they prefer.
About you
As you will be working with external customers and internal colleagues, your tasks will involve basic arithmetic and communications. You should be customer-focused with good communication and arithmetic skills.
