We are looking for an Administrator to join our team. Here are the details of the position: Job title: AdministratorLocation: South Central, Leeds LS11Type: Contract for at least 6-8 months Start Date: ASAPPayrate: £14.5 / hour PAYETemp to perm8:30 am- 5pm Monday to Friday. Ideally an administrator who is used to supporting a director and the team with general admin tasks, has good numerical skills and is helpful and flexible. The administrator role will also involve liaising with Site Managers and Assistant Site Managers to assist with queries, booking training, travel and hotel accommodation, booking training. Key duties will be: Compile weekly build progress reports and distributing.Co-ordinate and complete time sheets for submission to payrollBooking and monitoring training courses for the region, operatives, and site staffStationery ordering/approving for the sites.Organising Purchase orders and invoice payment for the Construction teamNHBC certificates admin, organising and downloading.General admin of printing, scanning, emailing documentsWorking with other administrators and the Office Manager as required.
