Assist in delivering food and beverage service across our Hugo's Restaurant within the spa. Answer guest queries in a polite and helpful manner. Manage a section in Hugo's Restaurant, as well as other dining areas during breakfast, afternoon tea, lunch, and dinner. Maintain a clean and tidy front and back of house, ensuring setup and closure procedures are followed in line with BEOs. Ensure compliance with all closedown and setup procedures for functions, including equipment setup, table arrangements, and dining area organisation. Handle guest complaints, responding accordingly or escalating as required to ensure the complaints procedure is followed and service recovery results in a satisfied guest. Personal Specifications: Essential: Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry. A solid understanding of food hygiene and quality standards. Ability to thrive under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Desirable: Experience with large volume covers. Food Safety Training. Shift Pattern: 30 hours per week. 5 days per week. Full flexibility is essential, as you will be required to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as needed to support the team and the business.
