A well-established housing association with over 50 years of experience in the sector is looking for a Property Finance Business Partner to join their welcoming team environment.
They place the community at the heart of their business and are excited to welcome a Finance Business Partner to their team for an initial 12-month period. Alongside putting their tenants and communities at the forefront of their business, they understand the need for colleague satisfaction and invest in their workforce to get the best out of them.
Responsibilities:
1. Qualified accountant with experience within property (e.g., compliance - gas, electric, damp and mould, etc.), planned works, asset maintenance, construction.
2. Confident business partnering with a range of stakeholders including Heads and Directors of Service.
3. Budgeting, forecasting, and in-year spend review.
4. Managing/improving team colleagues.
Requirements:
1. Qualified accountant with experience in a property/construction/social housing background.
2. Knowledge of property to help with terminology.
3. Ability to work in a large, dynamic finance team and liaise with a range of stakeholders.
4. Good interpersonal skills and proficiency in a range of finance packages.
