New Homes Sales Negotiator We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic New Homes Sales Negotiator for one of our leading Residential Developer clients on a permanent basis. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling new homes across their various developments, ensuring a positive experience for all customers and supporting them throughout the buying process. Key Responsibilities: Assist customers in exploring and purchasing new homes. Conduct property viewings and answer customer queries regarding homes and developments. Provide expert advice on available properties and guide buyers through the sales process. Work with the developer to focus on the sale of upgrades and extras where possible. Develop strong relationships with customers, offering exceptional service. Work closely with the sales team to meet targets and achieve company goals. Stay informed about the latest market trends and developments in the property industry. Skills & Experience: Previous experience in New Homes Sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Proactive approach to sales and customer service. Ability to work well within a team environment.
