This temporary position is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to address and resolve specific pension-related issues within our Trust. Day-to-day of the role: Analyse and resolve pension-related issues efficiently and accurately. Provide expert advice and support on pension schemes to ensure compliance and optimal management. Work closely with the HR team to integrate pension plans with overall employee benefits. Communicate effectively with staff and external pension providers to clarify and rectify any discrepancies. Prepare reports and documentation related to pension schemes and present findings to the management team. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in managing and resolving pension issues is essential. Strong understanding of pension regulations and compliance requirements.
