Adult Social Worker - Disabilities Team (Lincolnshire, £38/hr) Are you a skilled and compassionate Social Worker with experience in supporting adults with disabilities? Lincolnshire County Council is looking for a committed Adult Social Worker to join their Disabilities Team, making a real difference in the lives of adults with complex needs. Role: Adult Social Worker - Disabilities Team Location: Lincolnshire Rate: £38 per hour Contract: Full-time | Temporary (initial 3-6 months, with potential to extend) Start Date: ASAP About the Role: You'll be working with adults with learning disabilities and/or physical disabilities to assess needs, promote independence, and ensure access to the right support and services.
