Position: Commercial Contracts Advisor!
Contract: Temp to Perm Opportunity (6 Month initial contract)
Location: Isle of Grain - Hybrid, on-site 3 days per week
Pay Rate: £450 via umbrella

What You'll Do
As a Commercial Advisor, your role will be pivotal in maximising revenue, reducing costs, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Here's a snapshot of your key responsibilities…
Customer Management:
Manage service delivery and supplier contracts, ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations.
Draught, review, and track essential communications and contractual documents.
Monitor contract performance and escalate issues or risks as necessary.
Support the implementation of new contracts and facilitate consultations with customers.
Resolve issues with commercial or contractual implications while maintaining outstanding customer service.
Business Development & Regulatory Support:
Lead and oversee key commercial activities, ensuring consistent progress across work streams.
Assist in developing new business projects to drive growth.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements as part of the commercial team.
Develop and manage project documentation, including risk logs, action trackers, and governance reports.
Monitor schedules and ensure milestones are met in a timely manner.
Facilitate lessons learned reviews and apply findings to future projects.
To thrive in this role, you'll need
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A knack for understanding complex contractual arrangements and associated risks.
The ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
Strong analytical skills to interpret and act on data effectively.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
While energy industry experience is beneficial, we welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
