ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Global Recruitment Marketing Director, you’ll be crafting a world-class candidate experience with global resonance. This means big-picture strategy, journey mapping, data-driven optimization, and creative campaigns that have everyone hitting that “Apply Now” button. You’ll be building the ultimate talent magnet, attracting the best and brightest to join our team. You'll also lead and mentor three People Marketing Leads, positioning GroupM as the destination for top talent, with consistent messaging across all regions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Here's what you'll be doing:
1. Own the Candidate Journey: Craft a compelling and consistent experience from first impression to onboarding, optimizing every touchpoint.
2. Map the Experience: Design a best-practice journey map, pinpoint key moments, and engineer strategies to boost engagement and conversion at every stage.
3. Amplify Our EVP: Develop a content-rich, multi-channel strategy to broadcast our employer value proposition and attract top-tier talent.
4. Collaborate & Conquer: Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, and other internal teams to ensure seamless integration of recruitment marketing efforts.
5. Guide the Global Chorus: Provide guidance and support to regional leads, ensuring brand consistency and alignment across the globe.
6. Budget Maestro: Manage the recruitment marketing budget, maximizing ROI and ensuring resources hit the right notes.
7. Data-Driven Decisions: Track, analyze, and report on key metrics, using data to optimize campaigns and share insights with leadership.
8. Trendsetter: Stay ahead of the curve, researching and monitoring industry trends to keep our strategies fresh and innovative.
MEASURES OF SUCCESS
What winning looks like (3-month mark):
1. Get totally fluent in our business vision, proposition, and EVP. Be a master collaborator, build strong relationships with Talent Acquisition, HR, and regional teams.
2. Successfully launch the new EVP, weaving it into all key recruitment marketing channels. Measure initial buzz and reach.
3. Establish baseline metrics for the candidate journey.
Year One - Let's Make Some Noise!
1. Demonstrate measurable improvements in employer brand awareness and perception among target talent.
2. Show significant positive changes in candidate experience based on feedback and reduced drop-off rates.
3. Contribute to higher-quality hires, measured by performance reviews, retention, and hiring manager satisfaction.
Beyond Year One - Keep the Momentum Going:
1. Continuously introduce fresh recruitment marketing initiatives, staying ahead of the curve.
2. Maintain a healthy and diverse talent pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates.
3. Continuously analyze key metrics, using data to fine-tune strategies and maximize ROI.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. A qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or similar roles.
3. Proven ability to build and execute winning recruitment marketing campaigns.
4. Deep understanding of the candidate journey and recruitment marketing best practices.
5. Strong analytical skills and a knack for making data-backed decisions.
6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
7. Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
8. Experience managing budgets and resources effectively.
9. International experience is a plus.
