As our HR and Office Coordinator, you will become the face of the team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and serving as a vital link between employees and management. Based in Richmond, UK, your role will combine human resources expertise with office management skills to create an efficient, supportive, and positive work environment. From coordinating HR initiatives to overseeing office functionality, your contributions will be essential to the success and growth of the business.
What the role entails...
Your HR responsibilities will include:
* Act as the first point of contact for global employee relations queries.
* Support performance reviews, policy enforcement, and employee lifecycle activities.
* Maintain HRIS documentation, employee records, and ensure GDPR compliance.
* Generate reports on progress and compliance (e.g., H&S, ER cases, visas).
* Assist with onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, and payroll reporting.
* Coordinate training, workshops, and development programs aligned with HR plans.
* Contribute to HR projects, process improvements, and serve as an HRIS SME.
Office Administration Responsibilities:
* Ensure smooth and compliant office operations in Richmond, including managing the office budget.
* Oversee office supplies, vendor relationships, and health/safety compliance globally (e.g., fire wardens, first aiders).
* Plan and execute global events, meetings, and team-building activities with the Culture Committee.
* Serve as the point of contact for visitors, building maintenance, and landlord communications.
* Manage office assets, procurement, and global office requirements (e.g., branded items).
Minimum Requirements:
* Proven experience in an HR support role.
* Strong understanding of UK Employment Law.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
* Ability to present to stakeholders at all levels.
* Analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Discreet in handling sensitive information.
* Able to multitask effectively.
* Experience with HR systems and MS Office 365.
