2 shifts – Monday to Friday - 6am – 2pm / 2pm – 10pm. (9am finish on Friday)

Our client is a component supplier to the energy transition market and are aiding the evolution of key clients into the renewables space. The organisation in question has a long-standing history in the region. They have low attrition rates and the majority of those who work for the organisation have long service awards. This is a high-tech facility with the business employing around 200 staff.

Westray Recruitment Group is seeking to recruit an Electrical Team Member to work a 2-shift pattern on a permanent contract based in the Teesside area.
The successful applicant will be joining a company that has a world class manufacturing capability, and a skilled workforce with a long history and global recognition
THE ROLE
Working effectively within a team.
Industrial/domestic wiring.
Hydraulic and Pneumatic Control Systems.
Overhead Cranes & associated safety systems.
PLC's in the main Allen Bradley and Siemens.
Expertise with AC and DC motor/gearbox drive systems of various configurations
Variable speed motor control with inverters and converters, including speed feedback devices.
THE PERSON
Completed an electrical apprenticeship.
Worked in a multi-skilled environment within a heavy engineering manufacturing environment.
A systematic approach to problem solving.
Good interpersonal skills.
Knowledge and use of computer-based maintenance software.
