Performance Reporting Analyst

What you'll need
As a member of the Performance Reporting team, you will build reports and analyze data to provide insights that help maintain performance within Wessex Water.
You will interpret business requirements and analyze available data to create and maintain business reports using QlikView and Power BI.
Your work will be crucial in uncovering data trends and critical information for operational staff and senior management, enabling well-informed decision-making.
You will be responsible for compiling and distributing high-quality regular reports and providing support for ad hoc data queries across the business.
You will support the Performance Reporting Team Leader as needed and participate in key meetings.
This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders across departments, gaining a strong understanding of water service processes and regulations.
What you'll do
We are open to candidates with diverse experiences. You should have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data for various stakeholders.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required, including formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, SUMIF), pivot tables, and charts.
Experience with coding and familiarity with QlikView or other business intelligence software is beneficial.
Successful candidates will receive internal QlikView training during induction.
Strong data manipulation, analysis, reporting skills, and the ability to plan and prioritize your workload are desirable.
