Job Summary
Kiwa UK is looking for a D365 F&O Application Engineer to join our warm and welcoming Central Services IT Function. In this role, you will be responsible for the 3rd line day-to-day support of our ERP system across our UK Businesses. You will also be the leading technical expert for our ERP, and the main liaison with the Group ERP program throughout delivery. Our office is based in Harrogate, offering flexible hybrid working.

About the role
* Reporting to the Service Desk Manager, lead the regional design review, development, and implementation of D365 F&O & CE modules to meet the UK business requirements.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
* New Functionalities: lead the technical implementation of new functionalities, extending the platform's capabilities.
* System Integrations: understand the application landscape and system integrations between D365 F&O, CE, and other third-party systems.
* Impart ERP and wider technical knowledge to the 1st Line application (ERP) support, assist the Service Desk Manager with developing this resource in role.
* Monitoring production environment using various toolsets.
* Participate in system integration, data migration, and testing activities to ensure seamless project delivery.
* Contribute to technical documentation and share knowledge within the team.
Do you have what it takes?
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, or related subject, or equivalent experience.
* Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are highly desirable.
* Experience of developing, implementing, and supporting solutions in either Customer Engagement (CE) or Finance and Operations (FO).
* Solid understanding of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) or ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) concepts and functionalities.
* Proven experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of D365 F&O solutions.
* Technical leadership and some architectural design experience advantageous.
* Ability to make decisions characterised by managed levels of risk and complexity.
* Able to resolve technical disputes between peers and indirect stakeholders.
* Ability to understand trends and practices outside your team and how these will impact your work.
* The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure in a fast-paced hybrid environment.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of collaborating effectively with stakeholders and project teams.
What can you expect from us in return?
* £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
