This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Group Control team You will be responsible for the periodic reporting for Tesco’s UK trading and non-trading entities. This is a high profile role, with significant interactions with senior stakeholders and is an excellent opportunity to build strong working relationships and develop technical skills. Subject matter expert for share-based payments (IFRS 2) and cash bonuses, responsible for internal and external reporting for all share awards, as well as Earnings per share KPIs and share capital note. Business partnering activities; working with our treasury and rewards teams to facilitate better business planning and modeling for transactions involving Tesco shares and long term reward schemes. You will need to work with and influence a number of stakeholders across the Group including international teams. Be responsible for internal forecasting and budgeting for share awards and bonuses. Work with the group reporting team, rewards teams and international business units to determine budgets for these awards and monitor group performance against targets to re-forecast out turn throughout the year. Ensure we are ICFR compliant and you will have the opportunity to build and refine the end to end process as well as to develop and maintain complex financial models. ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent qualified Experience of working with cross-functional and international teams. Nice to have: Experience of IFRS 2 and data modelling
