We are a global wound care manufacturer, looking to appoint an experienced HR Co-ordinator to our growing team.
You will deliver accurate and timely HR support, administration services and manage assigned projects across Gentell First Water Ramsbury and other business units as required. Key Responsibilities:
1. Comply with all legislative and site health, safety and environmental requirements
2. Operate in a highly professional and confidential manner at all times
3. Maintain accurate HRIS/employee files, manage site staff personal data in accordance with GDPR legislation and best practice
4. Draft new employee offers and contracts, and basic HR correspondence as directed
5. Assist with employee induction/onboarding
6. Complete starter and exit processes
7. Support the provision of Benefits administration
