We are seeking a proactive and "hands-on" Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy office environment supporting approximately 150 people. This is an on-site role requiring a high level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. As the first point of contact for the office, the Office Manager will ensure the smooth functioning of the workspace, from facilities management to event coordination, and provide administrative support to the team.
* Act as the primary point of contact for all facilities-related issues, ensuring timely resolutions.
* Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for maintenance and repairs (e.g., fixing broken taps or blocked toilets).
* Liaise with the cleaning team to maintain a clean and well-presented office environment.
* Conduct regular checks of the office to identify and address maintenance needs proactively.
* Manage and reconcile company credit card receipts and monthly expenses for directors.
* Address general office enquiries, such as sourcing furniture (e.g., pedestals) and assigning lockers.
* Organize the relocation of staff items to accommodate new starters or team moves.
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and courier services.
* Maintain relationships with office suppliers and negotiate contracts where applicable.
* Conduct regular stocktakes and reorder supplies, including stationery, drinks, and snacks.
* Answer and manage the office phone, directing calls as needed.
* Welcome and assist all visitors to the office, ensuring meeting rooms are prepared and presentable.
* Act as the face of the office, delivering a professional and friendly service to internal and external stakeholders.
* Ensure all events are well-organized, run smoothly, and foster team engagement.

* Previous experience in office management
