Get to know our customers and find out how they really feel, from our fantastic Boots Advantage Card database. Our customers are the heart of everything we do, so how they feel matters to us, it has a big impact on how we change and improve as a business. Together these elements will play a big part in making us No 1 for Customer Care. Primarily, as our in-house customer analysis expert, you’ll get to know what our customers love and what they want to see more of. It’s all about finding out more, and discovering the little things that really make a difference – it’s how we’ll attract even more customers to join our Advantage Card scheme. Secondly, you’ll make fantastic use of our amazing technology and systems, which will help us really connect with our customers. By gathering customer insights you’ll get a real feel for the direction we’ll be working towards, and put together your own recommendations from our approach. Finally, your analysis will have a real impact on how we develop our knowledge-based, direct marketing as a business – so our customers are always at the heart of our campaigns. What you’ll be doing day to day. • Analyse our Boots Advantage Card customer’s data, using our in depth, system technology • Inspire the Insights Team with your customer expertise, and passion for great customer care • Put together presentations on your findings, and how your in depth knowledge of our customers can really help shape our marketing campaigns • Support colleagues who use new systems, and technology, as a point of call on all things data system related How will you do it? • Constantly analyse our customers feedback, keeping in mind how we can improve our services and how we approach marketing campaigns • Manage the system, considering the best way our customer data can be looked at • Present your data and recommend how we can keep the views of our customers at the centre of our marketing campaigns • Work closely with the Insights team on delivering what our customers really feel • Know our customers, and find out how they really feel about us – it’s everything from service, products, in store questions or what we could do better. Be sure to spot patterns of unified thoughts, and let us know. We want to be the best. What you’ll need to have. We’re looking for really great people, with a friendly personality. It’s all about working together as one great team – after all it’s our people that are at the heart of our business. It’s a fantastic opportunity to add to your own development, and a chance to learn more about us as a business. You’ll need have lots of experience in analysing databases using SQL or similar tools, along with having a great analytical or numerate degree, like Economics, Maths or Operational research. We think that’s great, but it isn’t just about experience and qualifications, we’re interested in seeing a bit more, the real you – and that makes us all feel good.
