Our luxury hotel and spa client is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Hotel Manager to support the General Manager and oversee the day-to-day operations and ensure a superior guest experience.
This pivotal role demands a meticulous eye for detail, exceptional organisational skills, and a passion for exceeding guest expectations. Under the guidance of the General Manager, and as the face of this hotel, you will embody our clients' commitment to high standards and lead a team dedicated to excellence.

Your new job
* Lead, train, and support your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences every time.
* Maintain high standards across all departments, ensuring everything runs smoothly and professionally.
* Work closely with department heads to drive consistency, quality, and efficiency.
* Oversee daily operations, keeping the hotel safe, clean, and compliant.
* Manage costs, rotas, stock, and budgets with strong commercial awareness.
* Encourage open communication, regular briefings, and a strong team culture.
* Champion service excellence and continuously seek ways to enhance the guest journey.
Requirements
* Proven experience in hotel management or a senior operations role.
* Strong leadership and people management skills.
* Commercial and financial awareness with a practical mindset.
* Confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
* IT proficiency (Rezlynx knowledge is a bonus).
* Familiarity with Food Safety, Health & Safety, and Licensing regulations.
* Passionate, approachable, and committed to high standards.

Salary and benefits
* Hard work, loyalty and commitment is recognised.
* Salary of £40,000 to £43,000 per year plus overtime.
* Live-in accommodation is available for a period of up to 3 months until you find your own place.
