Office Administrator
We are a private property development and investment business based a few miles east of Bath that has recently begun a new venture in the rehabilitation sector. We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator who will be responsible for managing the office, working with clients and supporting the company director. We are a small business and a hands-on, pro-active “can do” approach is essential.
The role is 5 days per week (up to 25 hours).
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Managing office administration including mail and couriers, tenant enquiries and maintaining up to date records for Health and Safety purposes (including simple checks as required). It also requires managing supplier, meeting room and HR administration, and completing related tasks for these as necessary.

* Familiarity with IT equipment and experience of hands-on ‘spare hands’ assistance to a remote IT support company would be an advantage.
* The job requires attention to detail and maintaining accurate business records for the office.
* The role also provides project support to the director and construction project manager.
* Managing leases and licences for serviced office tenants & invoicing serviced office and other charges quarterly or as required.
* Renewing insurance policies, utility contracts (gas and electric) ensuring best prices achieved and liaising with contractors and tenants.
