The post holder will be responsible for:
1. Co-ordinating, managing and being accountable for the day-to-day running of the Woodfield Child Development Service.
2. Providing strong clinical and professional leadership for Woodfield Child Development Services, which include Specialist Nurses, Child Psychologists, Children’s Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapy, Paediatricians, Physiotherapy, Medical Secretaries, and Pathway Coordinators.
3. Line managing the Specialist Nurses for Child Development, Child Psychology Team, and CDS Admin Team.
4. Working with Service Managers for CYPOT, Physio, and SLT to coordinate service delivery.
5. Collaborating with Paediatricians to coordinate CDS service delivery.
6. Holding a small clinical caseload, of the relevant discipline, to maintain professional expertise and registration.
