We have the pleasure of supporting a Global Law firm’s Alternative Legal Services offering, in their search for a Client and Business solutions expert to join their journey of growth whilst adding value to their Managed Legal Services offering. As a senior individual in the team, you will serve as a key point of contact for the firms new and existing clients, responsible for developing and delivering customised legal solutions that meet their unique needs. You will work closely with internal teams, including legal professionals, technology experts, and process specialists, to ensure seamless delivery of services and a superior client experience. Key Responsibilities Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact. Understand clients' business challenges, legal needs, and operational goals. Solution Development: Design and implement tailored legal service solutions, leveraging technology and process efficiency, pricing and proposals Identify opportunities to expand service offerings and add value to clients. Project Management: Oversee the execution of client projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality assurance, and budget adherence. Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders. Business Development: Contribute to the growth of the business by working with Client Account management teams to identify and pursue opportunities with existing and prospective clients. Participate in proposal development, presentations, and contract negotiations. Market Expertise: Stay informed about industry trends, legal technology advancements, and alternative legal service developments. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance our service offerings and competitive positioning. Experience in a law firm, Legal Services Provider or Consultancy will be advantageous.
