As they continue to grow, they are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive commercial success in the renewable energy sector.
The Role
As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving the growth of commercial solar and BESS solutions. You will play a key role in developing strategies to expand market presence and convert opportunities into successful projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a strategic business growth plan for commercial solar and BESS solutions
* Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and potential clients
* Generate leads, manage the sales pipeline, and convert opportunities into successful deals
* Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and government incentives affecting the renewable energy sector
* Work closely with technical, marketing, and project teams to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum of five years’ experience in sales or business development, within the solar or BESS sector
* Proven track record of generating leads, managing a sales pipeline, and closing high-value deals
* Strong understanding of the renewable energy industry, particularly commercial solar and battery storage solutions
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
