You will need to:
·Understand market segment trends and landscape for your category tocreate strategic and immediate operating plans for yourcategory
· Have a strong grasp of P&L inputlevers
· Thrive in ambiguous workenvironments
· Be a smart, hard-working and creativeperson who loves products, loves solving difficult problems and"getting it done"
· Be comfortable collaborating andinfluencing team members including retail, sourcing, legal, patentand product compliance
· Have strong project managementabilities to drive scalable initiatives on behalf of the privatebrands business
Key jobresponsibilities
In this role, you will be responsiblefor delivering:
· Top and bottom line growth for thecategories under your remit
· Creating a data-drivenlong-term roadmap for each category
· Identifying newproduct development opportunities and current products in need ofrefresh
· Driving the success of new productlaunches
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience with end toend product delivery
- Experience owning/driving roadmapstrategy and definition
- Experience with featuredelivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as aproduct manager or owner
- Experience with product cyclesof 6+ months
- Experience in product or programmanagement, product marketing, business development ortechnology
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
-Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driveninsights
- Experience working across functional teams andsenior stakeholders
