JOB DESCRIPTION: SEN Tutor Job Duties: Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Develop and implement personalised learning plans based on individual student needs Assess student progress and adjust teaching techniques accordingly Collaborate with other educators and parents to support student learning and development Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Experience: At least 2 years of experience in teaching or tutoring students with SEN Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of SEN legislation and best practises Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs Preferred Qualifications: Specialist SEN qualification Experience in creating and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) Working Conditions: This role involves working part-time hours on a temporary basis, providing tutoring services to students with SEN in an educational setting. The work may require travel to different locations within Oxfordshire. All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
