Renewals Account Executive Are you a successful sales professional looking for an exciting new adventure? The successful applicant will be eager to speak to our customers via the phone to help them with their software licensing renewal and build relationships to help them with their other software needs. An interest in technology or experience with licensing schemes would be a definite benefit. About the role As a renewal’s specialist, you will ensure that all our existing customers are contacted ahead of time to process their renewal and most importantly speak with them to understand their business challenges and position how we can help. You will be supported by our software and services specialists to best serve your customers and to help you exceed targets. Using your fantastic customer service skill to deal with incoming emails and phone calls, you’ll choose the appropriate course of action. Day-to-day, you will be following up on existing opportunities, winning renewal quotes, finding new opportunities, selling software licences and services while managing, profiling and growing accounts. This role will include a large amount of training and learning so a passion for technology and self-development is essential. About you You will have at least three years of successful business-to-business sales experience and be driven to succeed in a successful company. You should have at least five GCSE grade C (or equivalent) and above including Maths and English.
