HR Administrator | Southampton |Fixed term- 12 months | Competitive Salary plus excellent benefits| Working Monday - Friday | 37.5 hours per week
Spire Southampton Hospital have exciting opportunity for an HR Administrator to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract.
The HR Administrator is the focal point for all employee-related activities across the hospital. This will include activities throughout the employee lifecycle, from managing compliance/training processes, maintaining employee records, processing new starter packs and processing employee changes and leavers. Reporting into the HR Advisor on a day-to-day basis, the post holder will have direct access to the Senior Management team and will have clear direction in terms of strategy.

Duties and Responsibilities
* Supporting the HR Advisor with administrative duties and coordinating paperwork.
* Taking ownership of Myrus training system, planning employee training dates and maintaining mandatory training records.
* Preparing new employee starter packs, scheduling Spire induction training and ensuring probation reviews are completed and saved to file.
* Assisting with coordinating project plans, ensuring all steps in timelines are achieved, to meet timelines for HR projects.
* Carrying out any other duties that reasonably fall within the general nature and level of responsibility of this post.
* Ensuring that all new starters' employee files are up to date with Right to Work documentation.
* Responsible for all clinical registration checks as well as DBS renewals.
* Coordinating and filing signed employee contractual paperwork, JDs and appraisal records according to Spire policy.
* Develop and maintain excellent relationships with all key stakeholders.
* Carry out any other duty that reasonably falls within the general nature and level of responsibility of the post.
Who we're looking for
* Previous experience of HR would be advantageous
* Good standard of secondary education with demonstrable literacy and numeracy skills
* Administration experience with good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
* Proven ability to work with cross functional teams.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
* Ability to identify and implement business focused solutions
* Strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise workload.
