We have an exciting opportunity in our Brewery for a Trainee Brewer, not only will you be working alongside our fabulous brewery team you will also be working towards a Level 4 Apprenticeship Brewing qualification.

What are we looking for?
As our new Junior Brewer you will already have a passion for brewing and have a strong interest in learning how to make great beer. You will be involved in the whole range of tasks required in brewing and work alongside the most experienced brewers.
From mashing in, through to getting beer ready for packaging and distribution you will ensure our beer is produced to the highest quality while complying with all health and safety regulations. You will carry out all necessary brewery operations including yeast skimming and management whilst being responsible to report maintenance issues to the engineering team.
You will also be helping to manage stocks of materials and ensure excellent product quality by following procedures, taking lab samples, updating records and highlighting areas of improvement.
You must be a good communicator, a true team player and have an enthusiasm for learning and developing to take on a brewing qualification.
