The post will work as pa rt of a multi-disciplinary team of p rofessional and administrative colleagues to provide a range of appropriate services to the community of Lincolnshire. Main duties of the job Patients treated within the service can walk-in to these centres or can attend for a booked appointment by calling NHS 111. In addition to building based, face to face appointments, LCHS provides a home visiting service and a virtual Clinical Assessment Service that operates 24/7 and provides senior clinical assessment at the front end of Urgent Care.
