Job summary The post-holder will be responsible for the delivery of a high quality and responsive recruitment service to a range of stakeholders. You will also provide expert advice on recruitment processes and procedures. The role will report to the HR Advisor (Recruitment Lead). Main duties of the job To supervise a team of HR and OD Assistants To support the Trust's HR and OD team to provide a friendly, welcoming and efficient 'front of house' service to the HR and OD Department. To support the HR Advisor (Recruitment Lead) to lead and improve the Trust's recruitment service. To ensure a comprehensive administration and support service is provided to the HR, OD, EDI and Health and Wellbeing team/s.
