Site Manager role supervising Groundworks and External works packages on a new build affordable housing site.
- Immediate start approx 12 month fixed term contract.
- Opportunities for further work on other sites.
Responsibilities include:
1. Liaising with site operatives and directing and communicating work tasks and planning.
2. On site administration of health and safety documents, plant and labour schedules, employers requirements etc.
3. Monitoring and management of site material orders alongside purchasing department.
4. Communicating with Principle Contractor, Contracts Manager and Commercial department.
Candidates must have:
1. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with work team and clients.
2. Knowledge of Microsoft office programmes.
3. Previous experience of Groundworks and Civil Engineering management, particularly residential groundworks.
4. SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, First Aid.
