We are looking for fired up people to join our chef team down at the Falmouth Stable. We're building up our Summer team to get ready for the hottest season of the year, with part time & full time positions available & positions in management available for the right candidate, so be sure to clarify your experience level in your application.
We've moored ourselves right at the heart of Falmouth's beautiful Custom House Quay, in the Old Custom House itself. Set across two floors and overlooking the bustling harbour, there are views of the water from just about every table, as well as tonnes of outside waterfront seating. Famed for our mouth-watering range of handcrafted sourdough pizzas loaded with quality regional ingredients, we also offer an extensive selection of superb West Country ciders and craft beers. We don’t think we’re being big-headed when we say it’s one of the best spots in town for an alfresco drink and bite to eat – but don’t just take our word for it.
At the Stable we make dough fresh each day, top it with the best local ingredients and serve it alongside an incredible range of craft beer and cider. We love ourselves some live music as we work down on the harbour and don’t believe in cutting corners, although there aren’t any corners on a pizza.

* Basic knife skills and experience in a busy kitchen preferred
* Availability throughout Easter & the Summer months
