EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
As our Construction Supervisor you’ll create and sign RAMS documents and support the Oren Operations teams through resolution of hazards, on-site issues and risks, emergency situations and technical support to ensure compliance.
You’ll also be responsible for H&S on-site, providing recommendations and information for improvement works required to enhance performance, health and safety, and efficiency of schemes, working closely with our H&S team and company policies.
Additionally, you’ll identify improvement opportunities within the area and take ownership to drive through changes required to improve service and quality while managing project budgeting, material ordering, and expenses.
Covering the Nottinghamshire region, the role will at times require travel across the UK and staying away from home on occasions.
Key Accountabilities:
* Provide project and site supervision, communicate with the Operations manager and oversee and monitor all phases of the project schedule.
* Provide accurate budgeting, control of expenses and material ordering on projects, and produce and follow RAMS documents, ensuring your team works in accordance with HSE guidelines.
* Be a problem solver and create solutions that may arise, delivering Toolbox talks to numerous site operatives.
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU
To succeed in this role, you’ll have a proven track record of construction site supervision, knowledge of construction Health and Safety, and experience delivering toolbox talks.
You’ll also come from a civils background, have the ability to produce RAMS documents, and be proficient with Microsoft packages.
Additionally, you’ll be confident in decision-making, target-focused, and able to deliver to customer expectations.
As travel is required, you’ll also hold a full U.K driving licence.
