This is an exciting opportunity to join the Walton Centre's Risk and Governance Team to support with all aspects of the Risk and Governance workplan, specifically supporting the Trust's Risk Manager to ensure that the Trust's Risk and Governance processes and systems are followed and fully embedded across the Trust.
This role requires excellent administrative, verbal, and written communication skills, together with attention to detail and the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team. The post holder will communicate with a range of stakeholders from across the Trust and externally about complex Governance topics and will therefore need to be able to use a range of communication skills, including empathy, persuasion, tact, negotiation, and influencing.
The successful candidate will support with providing comprehensive administrative support to the Risk & Governance Team, specifically the Trust's Risk Manager. Responsibilities include:
1. Management and coordination of various meetings under the remit of the Risk & Governance team.
2. Monitoring the Trust incident management system (Datix) and providing various reports as required.
