CSS Recruitment are looking for a Technical Clerk for a project near Grays.
The project scope is an Energy to Waste project, so similar experience is required.
Office Administration:
1. Manage weekly time sheets from site for payroll purposes
2. Adhoc assistance to all aspects of running an efficient and productive office
3. Controlling stationery and office equipment
4. Liaising with HR Department for onboarding personnel to site
5. Client communications / phones / correspondence
Document Control:
1. Deliver a broad range of administrative services including document control
2. Participating in HSEQ Audits for ISO purposes
3. Compile Test Packs & Handover Documentation with QAQC
4. Updating and controlling Drawing Registers
Material Management / Purchasing:
1. Obtain supplier quotations and complete material requisitions for purchasing
2. Compile delivery dockets and complete GRNs (Goods Received Notes)
3. Manage the purchasing of equipment / stationery for the office
4. Manage site Plant and Tool Register (Asset Register)
Commercial & Cost Control Administration:
1. Recording manhours and compiling records for the Commercial team
2. Compiling all Labour & Materials Data
3. Assisting with data input to site measures
4. Accurately input, update, and maintain various records, databases, and spreadsheets
5. Filing Daily and Weekly Reports
