Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Training and Education Administrator to join the Digital Education Team which forms part of the Education and Research Directorate at DBTH. Main duties of the job As part of the Digital Education Team, the post holder will coordinate training and education across the Trust, providing administrative support to staff within the Training and Education team, ensuring the department runs smoothly at all times. The role requires the input of accurate data onto bespoke training and learning management systems, liaising with different departments across the Trust, setting up of training and the production and communication of education and training information. The role requires the continual development and maintenance of clear processes and systems to support education and training. The post holder will also support the provision of management information to inform decisions and actions by the Training and Education department senior management team. The role requires the post holder to cover for other administration staff within the Training and Education department as required and also to travel across Trust sites and the Yorkshire and Humber region as required.
