Minimum Qualifications:
1. Minimum 5 years hands-on experience as deskside/onsite support/local IT engineer
2. Basic understanding of audio/video equipment and conference room setup
3. Experience in providing hands & feet support for network and datacenter equipment/devices
4. Strong Microsoft Operating System installation (Win 7 & Win 10) and troubleshooting skills
5. Strong experience in troubleshooting MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
6. Strong desktop support knowledge including hardware, software, and networking concepts
7. Strong skills in desktops, workstations, notebooks, printers, and handhelds
8. User account creation for Active Directory, Exchange mailboxes, distribution lists
9. Remote desktop connectivity applications like SMS, Bomgar, WebEx, Live Meeting, and Windows Native tools
10. Troubleshoot and assist end users with mobile device setup, activations, and performance issues
11. Strong customer service skills
12. Hands-on experience with ITSM tools like Service Now
13. A+ Certified or equivalent certification
14. Excellent communication and conversation skills (verbal and written)
15. Good documentation skills
16. Good working knowledge of MS Office (including MS Project and Visio)
17. Great customer handling skills
18. Able to handle unforeseen situations
19. High level of acceptance
