Our vacancy for a property apprentice (facilities manager/trainee building surveyor) means you will be providing support across a wide variety of buildings within the council's property stock, including being part of planning, procurement and delivery of high quality reactive and planned maintenance projects as well as supporting with compliance tasks and admin support where needed.
With support, you will have the opportunity to develop technical, administrative, and facilities management skills while working in a busy and dynamic environment.
We will support you with your Apprenticeship within Construction and Built Environment. Suitable courses could include Surveying Technician (L3), Facilities Management (L4) and Facilities Management Supervisor (L3).
