* Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
* Salary: MPS/UPS plus TLR 1b
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the Science department, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.
* Develop and implement a curriculum that inspires and engages students in the study of Science.
* Support and mentor Science teachers, fostering professional development and collaboration.
* Monitor and evaluate the performance of the Science department, implementing strategies for continuous improvement.
* Teach Science, including your specialism to A-Level.
Requirements:
* A degree in Science, or a related field.
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Proven experience teaching Science at GCSE and A-Level.
* Strong leadership and management skills.
* Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
* A passion for Science education and a commitment to student success.
