You will be joining a rapidly growing dynamic business in the Evesham area, for a new role working as an Operations Administrator. This is a new, full-time position in their Evesham office.
Your new role
This is a newly created role and your primary responsibility will be the day-to-day assistance of operations within four of the business offices. With the support of the Operations Manager, you will be the first point of contact for anyone within the business. This fast-paced, varied and exciting role has key duties to cover:
1. Administrative support to the operations manager
2. Liaising with multiple sites across the business
3. Vehicle check sheet verification and filing
4. Risk Assessment verification and filing
5. Taking iing calls and redirecting/passing on messages
6. Monitoring of the team andpany inbox
7. Administration of setting up new starters and on-boarding for new customers
8. Organise bookings: training, amodation, car hire, fleet vehicles, equipment
9. Auditing of stationary, first aid and purchasing equipment
10. Subcontractor vetting process
11. Raising purchase orders
What you'll need to succeed
Recent experience in an administrative job, confidence on the phone and dealing with customers as well as being able to work with customers will be critical for this role. You will also need to have excellent attention to detail, strongputer literacy and excellentmunication skills, both verbal and written. Ideally, you will have operations experience/skills in the duties listed above.
