Independently managing a case load independently to include but not limited to:
* Theft
* Assault
* Drug offenses
* Other Criminal offenses
What will be expected from you?
* Undertake research, analysing case laws, and preparing arguments to support clients cases
* Strong advocacy and negotiation skills
* To provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients at every stage of the criminal justice process
* Representing clients in Magistrates’ Court proceedings
* Effectively prepare and present cases in court to secure the best possible outcomes for clients.
* Facilitate effective communication and collaboration by liaising with clients, barristers, and other professionals involved in cases.
* Maintain accurate and updated case records and documentation
