My Client are looking for a graduate or first/second line engineer to join a dynamic IT department in a fast-paced environment. You should possess good all round IT skills ranging from helpdesk calls to 1st /2nd line support of more complex IT issues. A positive customer focused attitude is essential for both internal and external customers, also the ability to communicate at all levels. Previous IT support experience within a Microsoft environment would be an advantage, along with M365 support. A desire to learn and progress with internal and external training. A full UK drivers’ licence is required.

Duties could include:
As part of the IT team the smooth running of the business-critical systems for revenue generation
Provide in person and remote support to a wide range of IT users and clients both internal and external.
Monitor IT systems
Assist in IT audit and documentation of IT assets
Liaise with external advisers/contractors
