Experience working as an Agile BA or Product Owner/Manager in a software development environment Skilled in workshop facilitation, process and journey mapping Skilled in clear documentation, visualisation of process flows Experience working closely with UCD/UX and solution architecture, shaping user journeys Technical literacy and understanding of: software development lifecycle, quality assurance, release management, branching, environment strategies Proficiency with: requirements analysis, user story definition, acceptance criteria, work management, reporting, Jira, Confluence Experience working in a blended team with multiple suppliers and delivery partners Agile BA for a dedicated squad delivering CSMS changes required to enable the Personalised Self-Sampling initiative Embedded primarily in 1 agile development squad Requirements analysis, user story definition, clear documentation of requirements and acceptance criteria Work alongside architecture and design colleagues to produce process flows, journey maps, solution architecture diagrams Integration mapping between CSMS and Personalised Services (Dynamics CRM) Support coordination of delivery and release management as part of the core CSMS delivery roadmap.
