* The Patient Service Centre is inviting you to our Recruitment Event on Saturday 1st February at the Kent and Canterbury Hospital!

* The Outpatient Service Team is a hard-working, highly motivated, and effective team. Main duties of the job
* This role involves registering GP referrals as they come in, booking the first appointment with the patient, and speaking to patients with a positive, friendly, and helpful attitude to ensure an excellent patient experience for their hospital outpatient appointment.
* Recording accurate and timely data is vital to support the delivery of National and Trust targets and ensure appropriate remuneration of work undertaken in the Outpatient Department. Answering calls in a timely manner while remaining professional and supportive is essential, ensuring we can address all patient queries, whether cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. The post holder will be required to work across various IT systems to complete tasks.
