Could you be the Deputy Care Manager in Croydon & Sutton we’re looking for? Like everyone in the Radfield team, our amazing Care Managers are roll-your-sleeves-up, supportive, positive, honest, warm and committed kind of people. You’ll be taking responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Radfield Home Care agency in Croydon & Sutton. You’ll be driving success and growth by promoting the right working environment, maintaining standards and ensuring quality. In simple terms you’ll be making sure that our care professionals get the support they need and our clients get the care that’s right for them. You’re someone with a proven ability to take responsibility and excellent leadership skills. You love the challenge of a busy, fluid working environment where no two days are ever the same. You’re a people person, with experience of recruiting, managing and developing a team in a client-focused organisation and previous experience working for a home care agency. UK driver’s licence, be over the age of 18 and have access to a vehicle. We’d also love to hear from you if you’ve got previous care experience in roles such as care manager, care coordinator, field care supervisor, and care manager This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
