About the Role
The Society and College of Radiographers is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated professional to support the Executive Director of Professional Policy. This senior role provides operational leadership and support to the Professional and Educational team, focusing on delivering education priorities for the organisation and leading the management of research priorities for the College of Radiographers.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide operational leadership and support to the Professional and Educational team.
* Support the delivery of education priorities for the organisation.
* Lead the management of research priorities for the College of Radiographers.
* Collaborate with the Executive Director of Professional Policy to achieve strategic objectives.
* Develop and implement effective strategies to drive organisational success.
Requirements
* Registered radiographer with the HCPC or on a PSA accredited voluntary register.
* Postgraduate master's degree level qualification with relevant experience in the education sector.
* Leadership experience, motivating and supporting others to achieve goals.
* Demonstrable experience and knowledge of the education sector, including delivery of education programmes.
* A research portfolio, including authorship and experience as a reviewer for a peer-reviewed journal.
* Experience and knowledge of health professions and healthcare delivery in the UK.
* Collaborative approach with good interpersonal and communications skills, and the ability to influence decision making.
