Hybrid working offered (x2 WFH) What Theyre Looking For: Property Management Experience Strongunderstanding of lease management, ensuring compliance with rules, regulations, and obligations ATPI qualified or equivalent (desirable but not essential) The Role: As aBlock Property Manager, you will: Build strong relationshipsand act as the key point of contact forcontractors, landlords, freeholders, and leaseholders. Manage a portfolioof properties, addressing any queries efficiently. Oversee insurance matters, ensuring the correct documentation is on file and managing any required claims. Ensure Health & Safety compliance, including fire risk assessments and necessary actions. Maintain compliance withcompany and ARMA regulations, aligning all processes with industry standards. Compile Section 20 Noticesin accordance with the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985. Conductproperty inspectionsto ensure adherence to management agreements. Oversee themanagement of parking and permits. Liaise with utility suppliers, managing ongoing bills and inquiries for block properties. Process financial transactions, including generating purchase orders, authorising service charge invoices, and discussing expenditures exceeding agreed limits. Prepare reportson key management aspects forDirectors, Freeholders, and Board Members. Monitor budgets, ensuring expenditure remains within limits and addressing outstanding debtor issues.
