WELDER - 1.5X OVERTIME AVAILABLE - NEAR HALSTEAD
An engineering firm that produces parts for the automotive industry is looking for a welder to join their team. This is a great opportunity for anyone who is looking to develop their welding skills and join a great team, with overtime available!
The company offers a starting salary of circa £14.50 per hour and is keen to see candidates at a variety of levels. The hours for this position are Monday - Friday, 07:30-16:30, with an early Friday finish. Overtime is paid at a 1.5x rate.
Welding duties will include:
1. MIG welding mild & stainless steel
2. Reading & working from engineering drawings
3. Using hand & power tools
4. Operating fabrication machinery
5. Adhering to the company's health & safety policies
This role will allow you to develop your MIG welding and fabrication skills, with great benefits such as company raffles, 1.5x overtime rates, and early Friday finishes!
This is a permanent full-time role subject to a successful 3-month probation period.
