What We're Looking For:
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in finance
* Skills: Knowledge of Sage 200 (advantageous), Microsoft packages, and excellent written English for composing professional emails
* Qualities:
o Exceptional time-keeping and reliability
o Team player with a personable demeanor
o Clear and professional telephone communication
o Ability to work independently, self-manage, and support colleagues
o Methodical, organized, and able to prioritize/multitask
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Sage Management: Process sales and supplier invoices, and set up new client/supplier accounts
* Debt & Payments: Aged debt chasing and processing client remittances/statements
* Payroll & Admin: Manage payroll schedules and support with vehicle-related tasks
* Procedural Updates: Maintain and update the procedures manual
* Finance Team Support: Assist with filing, handling incoming calls, taking messages, and dealing with client/supplier queries
* Holiday Cover: Provide essential cover for team members as required
